Treat your feet

Hello! Went to school today for the first time in about 3 weeks which was a bit of a pain but its like a day and then a 4 day weekend which is pretty good I think! We had a whole school picnic on the school terrace which was then followed by a debate about the Royal Wedding and about whether or not it should be a national celebration! They were both better then I expected them to be!

After that I popped into town with my mum for a bit and got a foot pedicure from fish! Haha i know it sounds crazy but recently this little area in a shop in town called REEFEET has opened. They are these little fish called Garra Rufa Fish that originated from Turkey! People had been going to Turkey to get this pedicure done for years so people decided to get the fish imported and open little spas in the United Kingdom and then of course Jersey!

But basically it was amazing and my feet feel so soft now and that was only after 15 minutes, so next time I go I will definitely stay in for a little longer! Its amazing how little fish can do that! Its £15 for 15 minutes or £25 for half an hour so I would definitely recommend it! Even if you think it looks horrible, its not and it doesn't hurt at all! If anything it tickles!

If you want it done and your not too sure where your nearest spa is you can always go online and find out and even book online if you want, but if you just go into the spa without booking it makes no difference!

Relaxation time at last!

Hello everyone :)

Today I stayed at home for most of the day just relaxing and getting things ready for school tomorrow as we have to go back for one day which I think is stupid because we then have the following four days off but anyway! I also popped into town with my mum for an hour to get a few things, I didn't get anything but she got a few things which were nice :)

I'm have had a really busy Easter holiday as I have pretty much been down the beach with friends every day and then sun really wares you out!

Sun Sun Sun !

Good evening :)

Just thought I'd do a quick post before I go to bed! Its been lovely weather over here in Jersey and most days this holiday I have been down St Brelades beach with friends, just tanning, swimming in the sea and enjoying the sun! Jersey doesn't always get glorious weather like this so its always best to make the most of it when its sunny! 

It feels like I have been off school for ages and we have to go back a week tomorrow which makes it seem like the time has flown by but its been a great Easter holiday so I suppose school won't be too bad! 

We also had a BBQ on Good Friday and Easter Sunday which were both really fun and at both I ate ridiculous amounts of food, as you do!

Saturday Haul

Hello :) 

Hope you have had an enjoyable saturday and had fun with whatever you did! My Mum asked me this morning if I would like to go into town with her as she wanted to get some things so as I wasn't doing anything else I thought why not?

We went in at lunchtime and it was great fun and we bought lots of things, I didn't need anything in particular but its nice to go shopping every once in a while! My Mum was nice enough to get me a few things which I was really pleased with :) 

We went to New Look, Miss Selfridge, Topshop, Voisins, De Gruchy's and finally Dorothy Perkins!

Lets get cookin'!

Hello :) 

Me and my friend hannah decided we wanted to bake something yesterday we ended up making caramel shortcake, although it didn't go completely according to plan it still tasted fine and looked very similar to what it was meant to look like!

I had the task of making the base and Hannah had the task of making the caramel which covered the base and then melting the chocolate which we had to marble over the caramel. It took quite a while and waiting for the base to cool was a long time and we were getting impatient!

I didnt manage to get any pictures of what it looked like at the end but they were pretty good!

Today I went into town and got a few things and tonight we are having a close family friend round for dinner so that should be nice!
